What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows customers to return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
